YOGA, from the Sanskrit word "union" refers to the oldest forms of exercise designed to unify body, mind and spirit. Yoga exercises every part of the body: stretching and toning the muscles, joints, organs and bones; also strengthening the immune, glandular, nervous and digestive systems.
